My Research
As I continue on my journey to find healing from trauma and inner peace, I draw inspiration and guidance from the area of neuropsychological research. Exploring the works of others and conducting my investigations, my goal is clear—to uncover actionable solutions for mental health challenges. But discoveries hold true value when shared with others and made widely accessible! That's why I actively contribute to my community and peers through my podcast, "First Generation Healing", where I freely disseminate research findings and insights.
Motivated by a strong belief in the importance of advancing mental health, I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the fields of mental health and cognitive neuropsychology. Below you will find my dedication to helping advance work in the field of cognitive neuropsychology and mental health generally
The Past:
The Present:
My passion for cognitive neuropsychology has evolved into a profound commitment to contributing to mindfulness and meditation practices. Recognizing the transformative potential of these practices for mental well-being, I now dedicate my research and studies to uncovering the underlying mechanisms that govern mindfulness and meditation's positive effects. With a vision of enhancing mental health treatments, I seek to integrate my knowledge of individual differences, honed through work in the field, with the insights gained from cognitive neuropsychology.

The Future:
My ultimate goal is to develop precise and personalized therapeutic approaches that empower individuals to cultivate lasting well-being and unlock their full potential for a fulfilling life. Through this synergistic fusion of disciplines, I aspire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives and promote a harmonious balance of mind, body, and soul.

Where will I be in 20 years?
Who knows! I plan to start my own business with lucrative technological innovations for the purpose of improving mental health. I hope to teach as a professor at a university at some point as well :)
